LTAA is happy to bring the Lebanon Township Schools and Voorhees Sending Districts a new Girls' Field Hockey fall program. This will be an instructional program for elementary and middle school players in grades K to 8. Our program is able to accept registrants from Lebanon Township, Califon, Glen Gardner, Hampton, High Bridge, and Tewksbury Township. Registrants from other towns must receive written permission from the sending district’s team administrator and League Administration in order to participate in LTAAFH.
During regular season for grades 2-8, practices will be one or two days/nights during the week. All games are Sundays, unless a makeup game is needed. Players are required to provide their own equipment including mouth guards, shin guards, sticks, cleats, and goggles (5-8 only), to be worn at all practices and games. Entry price includes a uniform that must be worn for games. The program also includes several preseason extended clinics, a league-wide play day, and post-season tournament for grades 5-8.
Grades K-1 program consists of Saturday clinics in September culminating in a Play Day of round robin games against other towns. The only required equipment is mouth guard and shin guards. We provide the rest. This program is subject to interest level. (minimum of 6 participants needed)
